NonaShield Trial: Privacy Notice

Version 2026-10-14.1. DIMEAI IT Solution Private Limited ("DIMEAI", "we") provides NonaShield. For the free trial and for requests for the paid plan, we decide why and how the data below is used.

What we collect when you sign up

• Your company name and industry
• Your name, job title, work email address and phone number (the optional fields are marked on the form)
• The time you confirmed your email address, and the IP address you used if you later give or withdraw marketing consent
• The version of this notice and of the trial terms that you accepted, and when

We do not accept personal email addresses. Please use your company address.

What we collect during the trial

The trial SDK runs inside your own test build, on your own test devices, and sends security events to NonaShield:

• Threat signals (for example a rooted device, a debugger, an emulator or a hooking framework), with their severity and context. The context can include the package name of an app that raised the signal.
• Technical device details: hardware identifier, build fingerprint, operating system and patch level, screen size, CPU and memory, app version, the app's signing-certificate fingerprint and where it was installed from.
• A one-way hash (SHA-256) of the Android ID. The raw Android ID is never sent.
• A one-way hash of the Wi-Fi network name and address, where the SDK collects it.
• Location (latitude, longitude and accuracy) only if your app already holds location permission and location consent has not been declined.
• The user identifier your app passes in. Please pass an opaque identifier, never an email address or phone number.

The SDK does not read SMS messages, contacts, call logs or clipboard contents. It does not collect the IMEI, phone number or MAC address. Your IP address is added by our servers, not sent by the SDK.

Why we use it

• To create your trial account, confirm your email address, and send you the SDK, your key and your dashboard access.
• To show you what NonaShield detects on your test devices.
• To keep the trial secure and to prevent abuse.
• To contact you about your trial, including reminders before it ends and an offer of a pilot or the paid plan.
• With your separate, optional consent, to refer to your company in our marketing (see the trial terms).

We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you access to your data, to correct it, or to erase it, to withdraw any consent you gave, and to raise a grievance. Write to contactus@diimeai.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Some records that we must keep for a regulatory or audit purpose cannot be erased on request. We will tell you if that applies.

Changes

The version and date at the top of this page change whenever the text does. We store the version you accepted.
